Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager for our Subway to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store is well-organised and efficiently run.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily store operations to ensure a high standard of service and efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Implement effective sales management strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including inventory management, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's values and enhances the customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage time effectively to priorities tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements

  • Must have Subway Experience.
  • Must know all the systems
