Position: Estate Administrator
Location: Green Park Village
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 4 Hours a day
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 Depending on Experience
Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:
Green Park Village, located in Reading, is an established and thriving community set within a beautiful lakeside environment. The development offers an exceptional balance of nature and convenience, featuring open green spaces, woodland walks, and children's play areas. At the heart of the community is the Market Square and an on-site primary school, creating a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days required onsite and 3 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an Estate Administrator at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Handle and maintain compliance documentation
- Assist the General Manager with raising work orders and submitting/tracking overtime requests
- Be open to learning and developing new skills through training.
- Be confident, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Have the ability to work as part of a team, assisting, supporting and building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
- Have strong administrative experience, filling, archiving and retrieving documents
