We're looking for a
Senior Property Manager
to join our Witney office. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage your own portfolio, support your team, and help shape the way we deliver service across the business.

What you'll do.

  • Coach and guide a Property Manager in your team
  • Manage higher-level tasks such as deposit negotiations, checkouts, and escalated issues
  • Lead key processes like SOLD chases and post-completion follow-ups
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords
  • Oversee inspections, maintenance, and compliance
  • Work with Directors and our in-house tech team to improve efficiency

What we're looking for.

  • Solid experience in property management or senior customer service
  • Organised, confident decision-maker with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
