Job Summary:
As a Product Associate in the International Pay team within HR Global Operations, you will drive the evolution and sustainment of our global payroll platforms and processes. You will play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end experience for employees, managers, and HR professionals worldwide. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that simplify, personalize, and digitize the employee experience. Your work will directly impact the reliability and effectiveness of payroll operations for over 260,000 employees globally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the International Pay Product Team and own the end-to-end stakeholder experience
  • Collect business requirements and translate them into a prioritized product backlog
  • Craft user stories for technology teams, referencing AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and payroll integrations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct impact analysis and drive product success
  • Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of payroll platforms and integrations
  • Write test scenarios and cases, and partner with business users to execute testing
  • Identify solutions to business challenges using data, process, and digital assets
  • Maintain and optimize the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCM
  • Collaborate to advance analytics insights and simplify technology infrastructure
  • Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders
  • Foster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivering frictionless experiences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in payroll or as a product owner in a global organization
  • Ability to maintain a product backlog and write user stories and epics
  • Understanding of end-to-end payroll processes or experience implementing ADP Global View
  • Ability to write and execute test scenarios and cases with business users
  • Skill in identifying solutions using data, process, and digital tools
  • Proven ability to drive concepts to execution
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage parallel tasks effectively
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Ability to create and maintain Figma designs
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating seamless experiences

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience with AI agentic workflows in payroll or HR technology
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM payroll elements, integrations, and reporting modules
  • Experience with orchestration layers and payroll interface solutions
  • Background in analytics or process simplification initiatives
  • Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation programs
  • Knowledge of global payroll compliance and best practices
  • Experience working in agile, product-driven environments
