Team Leader – Autism and Mental Health

Would you like to lead a team supporting young people with autism and complex mental health needs —guiding them through challenging times, helping them reconnect with their families, preventing hospital admissions, and providing a safe, restorative space when they need it most?

We're looking for a passionate and resilient Team Leader to join our award-winning charity. In this role, you'll not only make a real difference in young people's lives but also inspire and support a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care.
