At Honi Poke, we serve fresh, fast, feel-good food. Inspired by the bold flavours of Pacific Hawaiian cuisine, our vibrant poke bowls and sushi grab-and-go options bring sunshine to busy London streets, but it's our people who make the real difference.

We're looking for passionate Junior and Senior Sushi Chefs in our City of London stores. As a Sushi Chef, you'll prepare high-quality sushi with consistency, ensuring every dish meets our standards for freshness, flavour, and presentation. You'll support smooth kitchen operations while keeping a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.

We have two roles available:

  • Junior Sushi Chef – Early morning shifts, starting from 5:30am
  • Senior Sushi Chef – Afternoon and evening shifts

Both roles offer 20–35 hours per week, depending on business needs and your availability

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience preparing sushi (maki, nigiri, sashimi, rolls)
  • Solid knife skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for fresh, beautiful, high-quality food
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and consistency
  • A positive attitude and a team-first approach
