Estates Assistant/Night Concierge

Salary: £12.86 per hour, £26,760 per year
Location: Swansea, Hazel Court
Hours: 40 hours per week
Flexible working hours – shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
Join Caredig as an Estates Assistant/Night Concierge and make a real difference in the lives of their tenants, helping to create a welcoming, supportive environment for tenants.

The Night Concierge cover is an important role within the Hazel Court Older Persons scheme. The position has responsibility for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants and staff. You will provide grounds maintenance and communal cleaning to a high standard.

A full UK driving license is required for this role.
Service Coordinator

Salary: £26, 712 annually
Location: Swansea
Hours: 35 hours per week
Caredig are looking for a kind and passionate Service Coordinator to join their team in the Swansea Area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering 35 hours per week.

The Service Coordinator role undertakes the line management of the team and operational tasks.

You will work with the Team Leader to ensure the people Caredig support with mental health needs, some of whom are recovering from substance use, live independently as possible and help them to lead flourishing lives.
