Awesome But what will my new role be?

As Customer Success Manager in Glasgow, you will be working together with the team to make sure our customers and users are continuously having a great experience with Dalux regarding presentation, implementations, training, and follow-up meetings. With responsibility of your own clients, you schedule your own time. A few times a year we participate at events either organized by Dalux such as SUMMIT and UserDays, or fairs of the industry, where we meet with new and excisting clients. Here you will also participate and meet with the customers and help them with interesting technical questions.

You main tasks as Customer Success Manager will be:

  • Working with construction industry clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants.
  • Support new and existing customers in using and understanding of our user-friendly product.
  • Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
  • Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support, when needed.
  • Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
  • Present Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.

Sure sounds exciting How can I be considered for this role?

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education within the Construction industry. Your technical knowledge and understanding of the construction industry might include experience working at a construction site as an engineer, consultant, project manager or maybe with digitization. It is considered a plus to have experience with project management or experience with enterprise level software roll out.

Besides interest and knowledge in BIM and digital project management tools for the construction industry we are looking for a colleague who can and will help our customers and provide superb service. We believe you to be open-minded, responsible, and able to work independently with your own tasks.

So, why choose Dalux?

Glad you asked At Dalux, we care. Not only about our work and customers, but about each other. Your work itself should be fun, challenging, and intriguing. But the working environment plays just as big a part in your job satisfaction, and therefore we view working overtime as so last year.
