The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there's a kids' club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a 'hosted home', bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

We are looking for an attentive In Room Dining Coordinator to join our In Room Dining team.

The on target earning potential for this Runner role is £32,716.96 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £26,476.96, plus a qualified estimate of £6,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:

As an In Room Dining coordinator, you will provide our members with an attentive, exceptional and personalised service and look after their needs when dining in their rooms, suites, cottages and houses. You will show a passion for food and beverage service and help in assisting the smooth running of service, whilst making sure all in room dining experiences are seamless.

Calmly and efficiently deal with and distribute clearly, all guest requests received over the telephone/ chat. To be well-informed and ensure good communication with co-workers of all events and special menus occurring daily.

  • Gratuities (tips) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
