What You'll Be Doing
Adhering to ITIL best practices, assist the IT Infrastructure Manger to deliver, maintain and standardise People's Partnership cloud and on-premise systems, IT hardware, software, telecommunications and networking capabilities.

  • Provide 3rd line support to enable a dove-tailed and consistent level of IT service to the business that assures infrastructure and system capacity and availability is in line with future needs
  • Perform maintenance, design, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of Cloud, LANs, WANs, internet, security and wireless implementations
  • Perform day-to-day business as usual operational activities, ensuring scheduled jobs are performed
  • Produce quality, secure and resilient designs for new or improved IT services, including producing and maintaining all design documentation
  • Define standardised software and hardware standards in collaboration with stakeholders and owners
  • Actively practice ITSM methodologies to provide additional value-added functionality to the IT Infrastructure team service offering, advancing to Level 4 of the ITSM maturity model

What We're Looking For

  • 3rd level Infrastructure and system support within an ITIL framework
  • Delivery of IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business
  • Demonstrable experience with Azure
  • Automation of tasks, processes and deployments
  • Strong Azure knowledge
  • Strong PowerShell Scripting skills
  • Active Directory knowledge
  • MS Exchange 2013 / Office 365
  • Windows Server 2012 / 2016
  • Virtual environments (VMware/Hyper V)
  • File sharing, permissions
  • SQL Server
  • SCCM
  • TCP/IP
  • Monitoring tools
