We're Hiring: Swimming Instructors (Up to 3 Positions) – Join the Fun at Sue's Swim School

Candidates would preferably have a Level 2 Swim England or STA Qualification. We will consider Swim England Level 1 candidates, with the mindset of getting you to Level 2 as a matter of priority.

Due to exciting growth, Sue's Swim School is expanding—and we're looking for up to 5 enthusiastic and reliable Swimming Instructors to join our fantastic team

If you're passionate about swimming, love working with children, and want to be part of a well-established and highly regarded swim school, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Delivering fun, engaging swimming lessons to children of varying levels.
  • Teaching from lesson plans provided—but we also encourage you to bring your own flair to the pool
  • Helping children build water confidence and key swimming skills in a safe, structured environment.

Who We're Looking For

We're after professional, trustworthy, and dependable instructors who take pride in what they do. Our reputation is built on consistency and care—so we need team players who show up, do their best, and genuinely care about the kids they teach.

You'll need:

  • A minimum of a Swim England or STA Level 2 qualification.
  • OR a Level 1 qualification, with a willingness to train up to Level 2 (we can support you with that).

Where We Teach

We operate in multiple locations, offering daytime, after-school, and weekend classes. Our pools are based in:

  • Sutton Coldfield
  • Kingstanding
  • Burntwood
  • Sandwell
  • Walsall

We offer both private swimming lessons and school provision sessions—so there's something for everyone.
