About this role:

  • Join a new site opening bar team (9 months old) in an exciting new venue which focuses on neighbourhood feel, warm service, quality products and relaxed all day dining
  • Latin-American influenced drinks and food menu
  • Making coffees, cocktails and fresh juices and serving draft beer (some SHORT beer line cleaning)

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a bartender (ideally with cocktail and barista experience) to be involved with a Latin-influenced all-day dining, bar and events concept and / or coffee experience
  • To help deliver exceptional customer service
  • To maintain the bar to high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • To be an ambassador for genuine hospitality

Overview:

We plan to open a Neighbourhood restaurant, bar and event space in October. On a customer level we want to recreate the type of environment we have in Site 1:

  • The type of place you want to invite others to join you, spending time whatever the occasion; meeting friends, having a party, reading a book, working from home away from home

We serve brunch, lunch and dinner six days a week with a south American menu / vibe, following on from our only other restaurant in Archway. Our passion for food, design and music is reflected in our seasonal, quality ingredients; colourful, plant-filled interiors and lovingly-curated playlists.
