Our business is managing, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles and trailers. We operate nine workshops nation-wide that include three prestigious DAF Dealerships.

Due to the continued success of our business we are looking to recruit a second Trainee Service Manager for our retail business to support the day to day running and the peaks in our business and then help us with our future growth ambitions.

This is a development role and would be ideal for someone who is looking to leave the shop floor and progress their career, with the end goal of you being our next Service Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the Managing Director
  • Travelling between all our sites on a regular basis
  • Assisting all of our Service Managers with their daily tasks
  • Stepping up and running our workshops during Holiday periods
  • Attending Management training courses

Requirements:

  • We offer an opportunity for technicians to leave the shop floor and take the first steps in to a management role
  • We are happy to consider anyone who has been working in the commercial vehicle repair industry for any considerable time
  • We are happy to work with any workshop controllers or supervisors
