Job Title: Low Risk Trainee Manager Location: Northampton Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00am–3:00pm or 6:00am–4:00pm Industry: FMCG (Food or other fast-paced production environment) About the Role Our client is seeking an ambitious Team Leader or Supervisor ready to take the next step in their career into a Trainee Low Risk Manager role. This is an excellent opportunity to progress within a leading FMCG manufacturer, where product integrity, food safety, and operational excellence are at the core of everything they do. As the Low Risk Trainee Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with legislation while supporting the day-to-day operations of the production area. Key Responsibilities Maintain food safety, authenticity, product integrity, and quality across all processes. Ensure compliance with HACCP (CCP/LCP) procedures and accurate completion of related documentation. Oversee and monitor daily production schedules, ensuring targets are met efficiently. Evaluate performance of supervisors and team leaders against company standards. Liaise with Technical and Factory Managers to maintain factory, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
