Role Description

This is a full-time remote an Etsy Ecommerce Coordinator role. The Etsy Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online store operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, optimizing product listings, processing orders, and monitoring inventory levels. The role involves analyzing sales data, collaborating with internal teams, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing ecommerce strategies to enhance performance and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Etsy E-Commerce platform and tools, with a solid understanding of online retail operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills for managing data, evaluating performance, and generating actionable insights
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to identify opportunities, drive conversions, and enhance profitability
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including spreadsheets and e-commerce management tools
  • Prior experience in ecommerce or a related field is preferred
