Administrator – Residential Care Home

Location: Nimrod Drive, Hatfield

Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week (Monday & Tuesday, 9:00am – 5:00pm)

We are looking for a friendly and organised Administrator to join our residential care home team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service and assist the management team with day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Managing correspondence, phone calls, and emails
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Assisting with staff training records and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with residents, families, and external professionals in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (preferably within a care or health setting)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and care management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A full DBS check will be carried out prior to employment.
