I am looking for a Male Personal Assistant to join my family support team. Ideally you will have experience of supporting someone with a spinal cord injury, although this isn't essential.

My injury has had a big impact on my physical health as I am now a full-time wheelchair user who needs support from others.

I am a 28 -year-old man who lives on my family dairy farm. I enjoy comedy and I am a Stoke City season ticket holder. I suffer with chronic pain as a result of my injury, and I need help managing this.

You will receive:

  • Hourly rate £12.58
  • A pension if eligible
  • 5.6 weeks holiday leave pro-rata
  • Full certificated training on all aspects of the role

Hours available:

  • A minimum of 35 hours per week
  • There will be opportunity to work additional hours on occasions in relation to holidays and sickness

What's Required:

  • Provide assistance with some aspects of personal care.
  • A full driving licence.
  • Flexibility in working hours essential, occasional evening hours may also be required.
  • Comfortable working around friendly dogs.
  • An enhanced DBS check, the cost will be covered by the Employer.
