Longdendale High School

Permanent position – 12.5 hours per week (12pm-2.30pm) TTO

Grade B SCP 3-4 (£7, £7,447.67)

(pro rata salary as post is part time and term time only)

In order to ensure the school can provide an effective and efficient catering service we are seeking to appoint a hardworking, committed and enthusiastic candidate to join our catering team.

Working effectively, alongside other members of the team. Your role will mainly be operating a till. Ensuring students purchases are completed within a specific time frame, in a warm and friendly manner.

Complying with stock rotation procedures and refilling and replacing consumables and general cleaning duties will also be part of the role.

Previous experience would be an advantage but is not essential. A willingness to be flexible in your approach, acting with integrity and having the ability to carry out all duties in line with school expectations and health and safety guidelines are all qualities which are essential. All staff are expected to act as effective role models and be prepared to demonstrate the school core values and be able to support students in an appropriate and professional manner to ensure all users have a positive experience when using the catering facilities at the school.
