Delivery Team:

We are currently looking to expand our delivery team, with this in mind we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic, high-level communicator.

The role will involve filling vacancies generated by a separate consulting team, so it is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to begin their recruitment/headhunting without the pressure of new business sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting industry and company mapping through structured telephone research.
  • Building and maintaining networks across relevant market sectors.
  • Performing in-depth internet research using social media platforms and professional networking sites.
  • Engaging with potential candidates for specific opportunities.
  • Promoting live vacancies via various channels, including the Edenbrook website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards.
  • Conducting telephone-based candidate interviews and screenings
  • Communicating effectively with senior-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and following up on new business development and sales opportunities.
  • Interviewing senior candidates in person to assess suitability and fit.
  • Supporting client acquisition efforts by preparing tailored pitch materials and contributing to proposal development as part of the bid team.

You will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales-oriented or target-driven role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and engaging telephone manner.
  • High levels of confidence, self-motivation, and resilience.
  • Strong willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
