Repton Group is seeking a visionary Director of Finance to lead their dynamic finance function across a diverse and historic portfolio of UK schools and entities.

What You'll Do


• Lead all core finance operations: strategic planning, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and treasury


• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across financial systems and processes


• Develop and deliver a robust 5-year financial plan across Repton School, Repton Enterprises Ltd, Repton Family of Schools Ltd, and Repton School Trust


• Produce high-quality financial reports for the Executive and Governors


• Collaborate with HR to support payroll delivery and workforce planning


• Inspire and manage high-performing finance teams across UK entities

What We're Looking For


• A qualified accountant with senior-level experience in a group structure


• Proven leadership in finance transformation and strategic business planning


• Deep understanding of the Independent School sector


• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability


• A hands-on, commercially minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment

You'll report directly to the Repton Group COO and play a pivotal role in shaping the Group's financial strategy and long-term sustainability.
