Café Oswalds is a busy café which showcases the best of our own produce, alongside local Cumbrian Produce. Our team are always busy and there is something in the Cafe for everyone to get stuck into

We are looking for people to come and join our team, and are looking for individuals that would like to work 2 - 5 days a week, with weekends to be worked on a rota basis.

As an Oswalds Team member you will be the friendly face that makes customers feel at home - whether you are getting to know our regulars or serving people having a special treat, you will play a key role in making there experience special.

About the Role

  • Hours: To be agreed on an individual basis - up to 5 days a week.
  • Start times: From 7.30am with the latest finish of 5pm meaning no evenings involved
  • Pay to be agreed upon experience and job responsibilities with a starting rate of £12.36 (£10.71 for under 19's).

What You'll Need

  • No direct experience needed - but a warm personality is.
  • If you have experience in a customer focused role and have a passion for good food and excellent customer service we encourage you to apply
