Job Title:

Multi-Trader Plumber

Location:

Various sites (travel required)

Job Purpose:

To carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across multiple sites to our Blue-Chip clients, while also help perform some multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, etc to ensure efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems (pipes, dripping taps etc).
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
  • Carry out multi-trade tasks including:
  • Basic carpentry (e.g., boxing in pipes, fitting panels).
  • Tiling and patch repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
  • Travel between multiple sites daily; manage time effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and site managers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in plumbing and multi-trade work.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to manage workload across multiple sites.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Willingness to work some nights/early mornings.
