Responsibilities
  • Install, service, and repair gas appliances including boilers, cookers, and heaters.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems and gas installations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Diagnose and resolve plumbing and heating issues in residential and commercial properties effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on gas appliances and plumbing fixtures to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide clients with recommendations for repairs, replacements, and upgrades to improve their systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and compliance documentation.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and provide prompt and effective solutions for urgent plumbing and gas issues.
  • Investigate and resolve leaks and blockages
Requirements
  • Must hold a valid Gas Safe registration and relevant qualifications in plumbing and gas engineering.
  • Proven experience in plumbing and gas services, preferably within a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and gas regulations to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
