Adminstration Assistant/Call Handler

Hadfield & Britain Ltd is based in the centre of Stalybridge, we work alongside social housing associations carrying out all aspects of plumbing and heating works.
We are looking for someone to join our administration team, who will help assist in call handling, logging repairs and managing engineers workloads.
All training will be provided
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be key to your success in this role.
Duties
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Utilize computerized systems and software - Training will be provided on our bespoke system
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in data entry and record keeping
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with office equipment
Proficient in using computerized systems
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
