Role Description

We're looking for
IB Psychology Tutors (SL/HL)
to join our growing team. This is a
zero-hour contract
with
flexible scheduling
, ideal for university students, IB graduates, qualified teachers or licensed professionals who want to tutor part-time.

You'll be:

  • Providing personalised 1:1 IB Psychology tutoring
  • Supporting students with IAs, exam preparation, and key concepts
  • Helping learners build strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Delivering engaging lessons online

Who Can Apply?

We offer two pathways:

1. Student Tutors (IB Alumni / University Students)

Requirements:

  • Achieved
    40+ points
    in the IBDP
  • Scored a
    7 in IB Psychology (HL)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and professional
  • Able to commit to
    a minimum of 5 hours per week

2. Experienced Tutors / Licensed Educators

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of teaching experience
    in the IBDP
  • Strong expertise in Psychology
  • Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching
  • Able to commit to
    a minimum of 5 hours per week

What We're Looking For

  • Strong academic background in
    Psychology
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles
  • Familiarity with IB/MYP curriculum
  • Experience with online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet)

Compensation

Salary range: £25–£40 per hour, depending on experience
