Psychology Graduate – Mental Health Assistant

Fulham, London | September Start | £480–£520 per week | Full-time, Term-Time Only

A high-performing and inclusive primary school in Fulham is seeking a Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant to join their team in September. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world educational setting.

What you'll be doing as Mental Health Assistant:

  • Collaborating with teachers and SEN professionals to create supportive learning plans.

  • Contributing to a calm, positive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.

  • A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 or First from a top 30 UK university.

  • Experience working or volunteering with children (schools, tutoring, SEN, mentoring etc.).

  • A proactive, empathetic, and reflective mindset.

  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in child development.
