Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a project in Newark we have ben awarded. The project starts early November for 3 months.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and incident logs.
- Lead team meetings to communicate project updates and address any concerns from team members.
- Implement best practices for site management and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar supervisory position within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
