R&D Partners is seeking a Commercial & Operational Admin Business Partner to provide high-quality administrative support and improve processes and systems. This role focuses on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency through effective planning, collaboration, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and reports.
  • Support customer contracts and key deliverables with administrative tasks.
  • Review and ensure accuracy in documents and data.
  • Maintain records for monitoring and reporting purposes.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external queries.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with challenging existing processes to drive change.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes.
  • Passion for personal growth and helping others develop.
