Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, events, travel, and operational processes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Inbox Management
  • Manage RMD's diary and inbox, flagging critical emails and prioritising tasks.
  • Schedule and coordinate SLT monthly meetings, including agendas, attendees, and create actions using Microsoft Planner on Teams.
  • Assistant with setting up meetings each month for the Service Line Heads – Audit, Tax and ABAS.
  • Diarise quarterly Townhalls on Teams for the South Region and South Tax.
Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange travel for NP, including trains and hotel bookings.
  • Organize lunch and dinner reservations for partners, clients, and 1:1 meetings.
Event Coordination
  • End-to-end support for Directors' Conference and Partner Lite events, including venue booking, tech setup, and speaker liaison.
  • Manage catering and room setup for internal events in London.
Presentation & Document Support
  • Prepare and edit PowerPoint decks for NP, JS, and SLH as required.
  • Maintain and update operational decks
Administrative Tasks
  • Handle billing processes, including WIP transfers and draft bill creation.
  • Manage distribution lists for the South
  • Order gifts and supplies using virtual cards for office events and milestones.
  • Assist HR with scheduling panel interviews for senior roles.
  • Assist with desk bookings for the London Office.
  • Draft email responses for Nick Parrett
Compliance & Data Management
  • Assist with cover letters for Companies House filings
  • Update CCH client details.
  • Prepare tax reports and letters of engagement.
  • Manage laptop/equipment returns and fob access for joiners/leavers.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of event planning and administrative processes.
