About Our Client:

I'm excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading media agency known for delivering data-driven, performance-led marketing solutions for global brands. As the agency continues to strengthen its in-house programmatic capability, they are looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to join their team. This role is essential in building and executing a high-performing programmatic approach centred entirely around DV360.

Role Overview:

The Programmatic Buying Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising programmatic advertising campaigns
exclusively within DV360
. You will support key client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, accurately, and with strong performance outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience operating DV360 end-to-end and will collaborate closely with planning and client teams to drive results and uphold best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns
    solely within DV360
    , ensuring high-quality setup, targeting, and delivery.
  • Work with internal planning, strategy, and client teams to define campaign objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyse DV360 campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
  • Help shape a DV360-first programmatic framework to support future campaign delivery.
  • Ensure campaigns launch on schedule, meet pacing targets, and deliver against client objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on DV360 usage and programmatic best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–6 years of hands-on programmatic buying experience,
    with expert proficiency in DV360
    .
  • Proven experience managing large programmatic budgets
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort interpreting and acting on campaign data.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
