NES Fircroft is recruiting an
Offshore Medic / HSEA
for a leading Oil & Gas operator. This is a core position and
long-term
contract working in the Southern North Sea Sector.

What you'll do:

  • Provide emergency medical response, primary care, and occupational health services offshore.
  • Maintain medical equipment and supplies.
  • Support HSE functions: RIDDOR reporting, COSHH, noise, manual handling, HAVs, asbestos, potable water, radiation protection.
  • Deliver safety coaching, inductions, training, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Participate in safety meetings, emergency exercises, and environmental compliance initiatives.

What we're looking for:

  • Offshore Medic Certificate & OGUK Offshore Survival.
  • NEBOSH Health & Safety Certificate (Diploma preferred).
  • Occupational hygiene qualifications (Asbestos, COSHH, Noise, Vibration) and Radiation Protection Supervisor preferred.
  • Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and auditing.

    2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, 12-hour shifts
  • Mobilisation:
    From Norwich
  • Travel & Accommodation:
    Mileage covered or economy travel; hotel night before mobilisation if required
