Founding Full-Stack Engineer

Company Description: VC-backed healthtech platform building the first AI-driven compliance engine for the healthcare sector.

Job Description:

Join a pioneering team to build the 0 1 AI-driven compliance platform for the healthcare industry. You will architect and develop an LLM-powered engine for automated regulatory insights, working directly with the founding team. This is a foundational role with significant autonomy, ownership, and influence over both product and engineering strategy.

Location: Europe Remote / London, UK / Zurich, Switzerland / Munich, Germany

What you will do:

  • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with strong React and TypeScript expertise.
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interest or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies.
