Are you passionate about advancing AI and machine learning? Do you want to help shape the future of large language models? We're seeking a Software Engineer to lead the development of full-stack platform and LLM infrastructure from the ground up.

We are an early-stage startup building an AI-powered enterprise platform . Our founding team comes from senior product and engineering positions at leading tech companies with a goal of making large organisations more efficient .

What You'll Do:

  • Full-Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure a user-friendly platform.
  • Model Integration: Integrate the LLM model with the entire pipeline, facilitating seamless communication between modules.
  • LLM Deployment: Deploy large language models optimised for both on-device and cloud-based platforms.
  • Data Infrastructure: Build and manage data pipelines, leveraging insights to continuously improve AI models and learning outcomes.
  • Database Management: Ensure that essential information is securely and efficiently stored in and retrieved from databases.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leading researchers, data scientists, and engineers to push the boundaries of AI.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously monitor and apply the latest advancements in AI research.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Proficiency in front-end development using React and
  • A passion for AI innovation, creativity, and problem-solving
  • Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • Experience with Rust and machine learning libraries like PyO3 and Candle
  • Understanding of Generative AI, MLOps, CI/CD or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Skilled in managing large databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL
