Immediate Start – Housekeeping Supervisor| £14.50 per hour

Location: Central London

Pay: £14.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Rota based)

We are now recruiting for a Housekeeping Supervisor (at a 5* London Hotel) to join our Bayleaf family and we are looking for individuals who share our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain high standards of cleanliness for the hotel bedroom, public areas and linen stores as directed by your manager
  • Take responsibility for the supervision of all housekeepers and provide support and training where necessary to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Communicated regularly with all housekeepers to ensure that they work cooperatively and that they kept up to date with the hotel occupancy, stays and changeovers
  • Train new and existing housekeepers to carry out their duties to meet departmental standards previously agreed with your manager. This includes advising staff members of any changes that may occur
  • Ensure all guest enquiries and request are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Encourage guest to complete guest questionnaires and use feedback to change and improve the standard of service provided
  • Maintain an adequate supply of linen for all accommodations and F&B area. This include leasing with another department head to meet requirement for upcoming business
  • Accurate incoming and outgoing record linen supply to ensure correct invoice. This included reporting of any discrepancy's deliveries or on invoices and below standards linen supply.
