Duties and responsibilities related to the Housekeeping Team Leader role

  • Supervise daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Train, support, and develop new and existing team members to uphold service and cleanliness standards
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality and brand compliance
  • Monitor supply usage, reorder when needed, and ensure proper storage to minimise waste and control costs
  • Motivate and inspire the team, fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment

About You
You have previous experience in housekeeping supervision or management, ideally within the premium hospitality or hotel segment. With strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, you are organised and proactive, able to motivate and develop your team while consistently maintaining high operational and cleanliness standards.
