IT Service Delivery Director / Director of IT Service Delivery / Head of Technical Service Management needed by PE backed Tech4Good.

The IT Service Delivery Director / Director of IT Service Delivery / Head of Technical Service Management will be responsible for building the Service Delivery function from scratch, including hiring a team, understanding the companies technical capability and setting service level agreements in place with customers and suppliers.

The IT Service Delivery Director / Director of IT Service Delivery / Head of Technical Service Management will be expected to be hands on, review all major service level agreements in detail and where appropriate renegotiate with customers or enhance the service delivery capability if commercially viable.

This is a mission critical role that needs an excellent communicator who is calm under pressure and has considerable influencing and negotiating skills.

The IT Service Delivery Director / Director of IT Service Delivery / Head of Technical Service Management will have:

Strong experience in IT Service Delivery

ITIL Foundation Certification as a minimum

Strong experience in a technical IT service delivery environment, ideally cloud based with a telephony aspectExcellent communication and stakeholder management experience

A broad technical background would be advantageous, particularly any understanding of technical stacks
