Our client is part of a national hotel company seeking a Director of Sales to join their hotel in a prime location in South Hampshire. The property is a four-star, full-service hotel with one hundred and fifty bedrooms with excellent meeting and event space and great leisure facilities. This would be a great opportunity for a Director of Sales with a focus on developing a new business.

The Director of Sales will report to the General Manager. You will be focused on driving new business and ensuring existing accounts are maximized to their full potential. This is a standalone role; however, you will have the support of the sales team within the hotel.

You will currently be a Sales Manager or Director of Sales looking for your next challenge. You will have high standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail. This is a great opportunity offering long term development with a great company. As Director of Sales, you will have a strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven determined to achieve results, have the flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge and key clients. You will have excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
