Aramark UK is looking to hire experienced and dedicated Hotel F&B Managers to join the brilliant team at Alton Towers, ST10 4DB. This is a full time and permanent role reporting to our Senior Hotel F&B Manager.
As Hotel F&B Manager you will provide a first class service to our wonderful guests in the Hotel and oversee F&B service across a number of different units, coffee outlets and restaurants on site.

- Assist with the organisation and running of the food and beverage service across your units.
- Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation and production.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of your unit, including: operations, paperwork, menu, allergens, and processes.
- Help drive maximum efficiency and production.
- Ensure high standards of customer service.
- Ensure KPI targets are exceeded.
- Complete frequent mystery shop visits on units, as requested.
- Manage and respond to escalated guest complaints.
- Assist with the purchase and control of inventory, as required.
- Complete stock counts (must be on-site during stock counts, unless on annual leave).
- Ensure accurate wasted is recorded.
- Drive sales and control expenses.
- Ensure practice and adherence to Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure audits and all requested paperwork is diligently completed on time.
- Support with any Food Safety or Health & Safety investigations for your units.
- Assist with the recruitment, training and coaching of staff.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and labour budgets.
- Assist with the performance management of your team.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to your teams.
- Experience in a F&B role managing multiple outlets
- Experience in high volume, quick service, fast food environment
- Hands on and highly organised
- Flexible to work weekends and evenings
