About the Role
You are responsible for elevating Papier's creative output and visual identity across all channels. As Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will lead our motion design approach - shaping the motion language, setting standards, and delivering innovative, best-in-class animated content.
You will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to roll out creative direction, shape visual storytelling, and define the look and feel for major projects. You will help to foster creative growth, technical excellence and a high bar for craft across the team.

Requirements

About You
  • Exceptional graphic design and animation/video editing skills, with a portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, craft, and refined execution.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop); 3D skills a strong bonus.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition and sound design.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from concept to delivery.
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting creative ideas internally or externally.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects at once.
  • Exceptional taste level and strong understanding of Gen Z trends and aesthetics.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for elevating your own work and inspiring the team.
