Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with full-stack development experience and a passion for creating world class customer solutions to help scale the Device Lifecycle Service (Device trade-in) platform. This role combines strong technical skills with team leadership responsibilities, guiding feature delivery and ensuring robust, secure, and scalable system architecture.

What you'll do
  • Lead cross functional technical delivery within a scrum team
  • Lead cloud based applications through all phases of development lifecycle, including integration with partner systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and impact assessment
  • Application design in line with industry best practices (Cloud Native, Serverless, Micro Service, etc)
  • Ensure systems and applications adhere to cybersecurity best practices, with a focus on secure by design and operational resilience
Who you are
  • Knowledge of web-based (React, NodeJS, Java) and service-based architectures (REST), cloud-oriented architectures (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) and micro-services patterns, API integration
  • Experience with modern DevOps CI/CD approach, senior Developer experience with some team leadership
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills with ability to act as technical SPOC interacting with other teams, Vodafone markets and external partners.
  • Full stack development experience
  • AWS certifications or similar, hands-on experience with large cloud-based multinational websites
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
