Fulham, Greater London, United Kingdom NAVEX Full time £70,000 - £120,000 per year

At NAVEX, we're making the world a better place. A safer place. A more ethical place. A place where anyone, anywhere can have a voice. That's a serious impact.
As the Manager, Professional Service, you will manage a team of high-performing Solutions Consultants, oversee customer engagements, and shape employee growth and professional development in line with NAVEX values and the Professional Services methodology.

Your key objective is the department's successful implementation delivery, measured by customer satisfaction and on-time, on-budget completion metrics.  Day-to-day interaction with the team is critical as you work to forecast customer issues and manage escalations when appropriate.

At NAVEX, you will work in a hybrid role and thrive alongside an engaged and collaborative team invested in supporting your success
What you'll get:

  • Career growth. With market-leading training, an opportunity to learn and experiment with AI, and an unwavering commitment to owning your career plan, you can grow your career to new heights.
  • Real rewards. We offer competitive and transparent pay practises, top-of-the-range wellbeing programmes, and brilliant opt-in benefits. Because we believe companies should offer more than just a salary.
  • Meaningful purpose. Our products and solutions have real-life impact on people and organisations across the globe. Our innovations make a difference.
  • Life flexibility. We want you to bring your best self to work every day. We work hard and deliver results, recognising that flexibility and time for personal wellbeing are key to long-term success.
  • An inspiring culture. Find yourself surrounded by leaders that care, invested teammates, and like-minded groups where you'll feel at home.
  • Industry leadership. We set the standard for excellence by empowering our teams to drive innovation. Join a company recognised for its profitability, stability, and commitment to pioneering new solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a highly functional team of approximately 10 solutions consultants through daily oversight and interaction, performance management, and professional development
  • Own team utilisation, billable targets, and project profitability; proactively monitoring project health, staffing needs, and delivery timelines
  • Manage customer and project escalations to resolution, further escalating based on complexity, customer, or the problem and its resolution
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery by enforcing standard methodologies, templates, and best practises, while driving continuous improvement across the team
  • Effectively report and communicate to customer project teams, including key stakeholders and internal management teams in regards to ongoing initiatives
  • Interface regularly with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and other NAVEX teams to improve operational effectiveness and participate in strategic initiatives
  • Support pre-sales efforts, including scoping, requirements gathering, and assisting with Statements of Work
  • Onboard, train, and develop new and existing team members to ensure readiness, consistency, and adherence to delivery standards
  • Advance NAVEX's goals and operational effectiveness by learning and using AI-based tools

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years of people management experience within a software company or in a comparable Professional Services environment
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise software implementation, ideally including SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong understanding of business process management and hands-on experience delivering SaaS implementation methodologies
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and remote teams and manage project escalations
  • Proven analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead a team, manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise and delegate tasks, and track outcomes against defined KPIs
  • The desire to learn, explore and experiment with AI tools
  • A commitment to ethical and inclusive use of AI in our hiring and workplace practises
  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution, talent development, decision-making, effective communication and process improvement while leveraging NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:

  • We believe everyone deserves to see their path forward, and the steps in place to achieve their career and financial goals.
  • The starting pay range for this role is 70,000+ GBP per annum with 5% MBO.
  • Pay progression based on your performance.

We're committed to helping you thrive in all aspects of your life. Our pay programmes are just one element of this. Check out NAVEX's career page to find out more information.

We're an equal opportunity employer, including all disability and veteran status.
