Position Overview:

NaturalMotion Games are seeking an Co-ordinator to join the Licensing and Partnerships team in the Racing studio to work on the popular CSR Racing Franchise. You will play a pivotal role on the team being responsible for the submission and approval of all licensed content working with our many Licensors.

Working closely with the internal development and marketing teams to external licensors you will play an important role in the successful release of licensed content being the bridge between internal stakeholders and external Licensors for all content. This role ensures that all game and marketing content for the games and their IP integrations are compliant to licensor requirements including the submission, approval and reporting to appropriate teams. The role will manage Licensor feedback and maintain alignment across the teams.

You will be flexible, highly motivated, and conscientious in a role that will see you manage relationships between the Licensors and internal teams. Your keen eye for detail on assets and production experience will allow you to identify project risks and dependencies, subsequently proposing solutions where issues emerge.

What You'll Do: 
  • Reporting: The communication, reporting and publishing on behalf of the licensing team to internal stakeholders of the progress of required content; licensing and approval status from licensors to be included in upcoming releases, marketing and campaigns including reporting feedback to the licensing team. Identifying and capturing any potential risks from internal teams or licensors to the licensing manager.
  •  Approvals: Responsible for the submission and approval of all assets for the racing games across the game and organic and paid marketing channels. Tracking and triage of licensor feedback, coordination and collaboration with all parties to ensure alignment. Manage submission risks, identifying and resolving potential issues. Working with internal teams and external partners to mitigate feedback. Identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement within the creative process. Highlight potential risks associated with IP assets. Maintain documentation for best practice.
  • Team Collaboration: Working in the Licensing and Partnerships team supporting the CSR Racing Franchise this role reports to the Vehicle Licensing Manager. This role works closely with the vehicle content team and is the bridge to third-party Licensors managing the approval process.

  • Software Knowledge: AirTable, JIRA, 1Password, Google Suite, Confluence, Photoshop experience
