- Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve seamless project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and financial objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, sustainability standards, and planning requirements.
- Supervise on-site operations, manage site teams, and proactively resolve any emerging issues.
- Deliver regular, clear updates to clients and senior management, upholding our standards of discretion and professionalism.
- Integrate sustainable practices, such as energy-efficient solutions and eco-friendly materials, throughout project delivery.
About You
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction or refurbishment projects.
- Deep knowledge of luxury construction techniques, materials, and finishes; experience in the Cotswolds or similar regions is highly desirable.
- Strong project management expertise, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent professional experience).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Valid UK driving licence (held for at least six months).
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for achieving outstanding results.
Why Join Us?
- Contribute to prestigious, high-profile projects in the stunning Cotswolds region.
- Become part of a collaborative, excellence-driven team renowned for quality and sustainability.
