Leda Associates are working with a respected, family run construction company delivering high-end residential projects across the Cotswolds. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a contract basis to oversee the delivery of a luxury residential scheme in Cirencester.

This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-driven Site Manager with a background in premium homes, bespoke finishes, and high-quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day site management on a high-end residential project
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site logistics
  • Ensure exceptional quality standards and attention to detail throughout
  • Manage H&S, site compliance, inductions and RAMS
  • Read drawings, plan works and oversee sequencing
  • Monitor progress, maintain site records and support client reporting
  • Deliver snagging, de-snagging and handover requirements to premium standards

About You

  • Proven experience managing high-end residential builds or refurbishments
  • Strong eye for detail and high expectations of quality
  • Confident managing finishing trades and bespoke detailing
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a professional site environment
  • SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid essential
