We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our solicitors and contribute to the delivery of exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

:

·       Support solicitors with case management, legal research, and document drafting.

·       Prepare court forms and assist with hearings (e.g., Form E, C100, D8).

·       Maintain accurate client files and manage deadlines.

·       Deliver excellent client care and communication.

·       Assist with preparing invoices and meeting billing targets.

·       Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Requirements

:

·       Legal qualifications (e.g., Law degree (LLB), NALP Level 3/4, legal secretary diploma, or paralegal

apprenticeship) are advantageous but 
not essential
.

·       Proven experience as a paralegal in family law.

·       Strong legal research, drafting, and organisational skills.

·       Excellent communication and attention to detail.

·       Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise effectively.

·       Commitment to professional standards and client service.
