The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about generating leads and contributing to the growth of the practice, while gaining experience in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. - A good understanding of business development, with a willingness to engage in networking, contribute to thought leadership, and help drive growth of the employment practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload effectively, balancing litigation and advisory work.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support colleagues across the wider employment and commercial teams.
- Interest in developing expertise in key sectors relevant to the firm (e.g. insurance, healthcare, transport, energy, or infrastructure).
