Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Duties

  • Assist the Owner in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality customer experiences.
  • Supervise and train staff in all aspects of guest service and H&S
  • Manage inventory levels, including food production and supplies, to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Enforce food safety regulations and best practices within the kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Support team management by fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant space, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
  • Previous supervising or team management experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Experience in barista duties or hotel environments is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
