The Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice in Finance, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience supporting the financial operations of the business. Working closely with the Finance team, you'll help keep things running smoothly by assisting with a range of administrative and finance-related tasks. You'll develop a broad skill set in a supportive environment – this is a great opportunity to build strong foundations for a future career in business or finance.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be involved in:

  • Assisting in responding to queries via email and telephone
  • Assisting in invoice production
  • Allocating of daily cash and making sure incoming payments are kept up to date
  • Data input to our banking system
  • Filing various documents weekly
  • Learning to use our bespoke software for weekly tasks

The Person

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is organised and enjoys multitasking
  • Has GCSE Maths and English (Grade A-C / 9-4)
  • Is keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Works well as part of a team and is happy to help where needed
  • Has the ability and willingness to do the right thing
