The London Palladium are thrilled to be recruiting Guest Experience Hosts for our tenth Palladium Pantomime Sleeping Beauty . We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging individuals to create extraordinary experiences for our audiences, while always ensuring their safety and security.

Our Guest Experience Hosts are the welcoming faces of The London Palladium and work closely with supervisors and management to ensure the safe and smooth running of all performances, responding professionally and promptly in a fast-paced, environment.

What you'll be doing…

  • Welcoming our guests to the building and sharing your enthusiasm for live entertainment
  • Actively selling refreshments from our bars, kiosks and roaming sales points
  • Helping audience members to resolve any issues they may experience during their visit
  • Keeping our audiences safe, remaining informed and alert to ensure their security

What we're looking for…

  • Fun, confident communicators with a collaborative approach
  • Experience working in fast-paced customer service
  • Positive, professional problem solvers, who can adapt to a wide range of customer queries
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic

Staff will be engaged on a 30-hour contract across 6 day, Monday-Sunday. Performances commence on Saturday 6 th December to Sunday 11 th January 2026. Overtime is available, with the full performance schedule here

Successful candidates will also need to attend mandatory training sessions on Tuesday 2 nd - Friday 5 th December, during the day.

Rate of pay: £14.15 per hour (minimum 3.75 hour call per shift)
