Mon–Thu 09:00–17:30, Fri 08:30–17:00

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Act as the positive first point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Deliver first-class service to all customers within your district, resolving queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle inbound calls — processing orders, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and transferring calls where needed.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell appropriate products during conversations.

Order & Quotation Management

  • Accurately process sales orders into the ERP system and Max Optra, maintaining a target accuracy of 99%+.
  • Create accurate quotations in partnership with Internal and External Sales teams.
  • Manage customer returns and credits in line with company standards.

Inbox & Workflow Management

  • Work collaboratively within a shared inbox, ensuring all emails are actioned within 30 minutes.
  • Stay organised, managing your own workload while supporting colleagues during busy periods.
  • Proactively contact lapsed or down-trading accounts during quieter inbound periods.

Transport & After-Sales Support

  • Handle transport-related queries, providing timely updates and solutions for customers.
  • Support External and Internal Sales with administrative tasks as required.

Team & Culture

  • Contribute positively to the company's can-do culture, supporting colleagues and upholding the Amari Plastics brand.
  • Fulfil reasonable management requests as part of a flexible, team-focused environment.

What would set you apart:

· Experience in optimising sheet materials.

· Knowledge of CNC software applications.

· Experience using MS Dynamics/AX or similar ERP systems.

· Experience using CRM systems.
